Five programs on day one, and a market that hadn't heard the name yet.
Gavin Bayreuther came home to Maine after ten years of pro hockey to open a club with five programs on day one: private training, small groups, off-ice, family consulting and a season-long Little Lobsters program. Every one needed to be booked or registered for, waived and paid, in a market that hadn't heard the name yet. A brochure site and a contact form would have meant running all of it by text.

What changed.
Every program was bookable the day the club launched, and in its first month thousands of dollars came through the site, every dollar of it paid online. Three in four bookings came from families coming back for another session. Gavin runs the schedule, roster and payments from one dashboard.
