Why are your prices public?
Because you shouldn't have to sit through a sales call to find out what something costs. Every number on this page is the real number, from the same sheet we bill from.
What's included on every plan?
Every NextShift feature, on every plan: Website, Booking, Registrations, Store, Members, CRM & Campaigns, and Locker Room. Plans differ by the size of your business, how much you use NextShift each month, and the level of support you get. They never differ by locked features.
Is my site custom, or a template?
The site your customers see is designed and built for your brand by our team. Behind it runs NextShift, the same platform every YWF client runs on, branded to you. You run everything from your NextShift dashboard.
What does the launch build cover?
The one-time $499 covers designing and building your site on NextShift: your brand, your pages, your domain connected, and launch. Prepay 12 months and we waive it. Prepaying also saves on the monthly: 6 months takes 10% off, and 12 months takes 15% off.
Do you take a cut of what I sell?
No. We take 0% of every booking, registration, and sale. The only processing cost is Stripe's standard card rate, currently 2.9% + 30¢, which goes to Stripe and never to us. Most platforms in this space add their own percentage on top of that. We don't.
When does billing start?
The launch build is charged when you sign up, which puts you in the build queue. Your monthly billing starts the day your site goes live, so a slow build costs us, not you. If you prepay, your term is charged up front instead.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Coaches, bookable services, registration programs, store products, and online programs are the size of your plan. When you need more, you move up a plan. A limit never stops one of your customers from booking, registering, or checking out. If you're billed monthly and go over a limit, that month is billed at the next plan's rate. If you've prepaid 12 months, you're not affected during your term.
Can I change plans?
Any month, up or down, keeping the same site and the same data. There's nothing to migrate, because it's all NextShift. If you prepaid and upgrade part-way through your term, you only pay the difference: your unused time is credited against the new plan.
What does support include?
Support means help using NextShift: questions, bugs, and how-tos. Response time and channel depend on your plan, as shown in the table above. Support doesn't include doing the work for you, like making graphics, writing emails, or updating your content or schedule. That work is what YWF Partners is for.
Who owns what, and what if I cancel?
You own your site content, your brand, your domain, and your customer data. We own the NextShift code and platform that runs it. If you cancel, we hand over everything that belongs to you. Monthly plans have no minimum term and no exit fees.
How long until I'm live?
Live in as fast as 2 weeks. We only take 5 new builds a month, because every site is built by hand and that's the number where we can hold the date. If this month is full you can join the waitlist and you'll be first in line on the 1st.
