Before NextShift
A loyal member base, locked inside Wix.
TL Elite has run small-group sessions at Thayer Sports Center since 2021. The program ran on Wix and a branded Wix app: a booking flow parents found clunky, and member accounts, contacts and prepaid session packs locked inside a system that couldn't export them in a usable form. Switching meant rebuilding the operation without dropping the people already in it.
What runs on NextShift
One system, one login.
Booking
A live month-by-month schedule by age group, with spots left on every session
Session packs
Bought up front and redeemed by code against any drop-in, including packs bought on Wix
Member accounts
Every Wix member imported, and a returning family sees their history when they sign up with the same email
Video review
Families upload a game, a coach breaks it down, and they book the review call from their page
Store and Email
Hats and tees with rink pickup, and campaigns to the whole member list
The result
What changed.
TL Elite cut over at the end of the summer session with members, contacts and booking history intact. No prepaid session was lost, and the coaches run schedule, players, orders and email from one dashboard instead of Wix's.
